How payment works in our shop: you enter your details, choose a delivery method, then pay by Credit & Debit Card (Stripe), Klarna, PayPal, or Invoice / Bank Transfer. VAT is included in the total. Contact us with any payment questions.
How payment works
From basket to dispatch
Add to basket
Choose your equipment and add it to your basket. For larger or business orders you can also request a quote.
Checkout
Enter your delivery and billing details and review the order total, including shipping, before you confirm.
Choose how to pay
Private customers and companies choose one of four payment methods at checkout: Credit & Debit Card (Stripe), Klarna, PayPal, or Invoice / Bank Transfer. VAT is included in the total.
Processing & dispatch
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and dispatched.
Payment methods
Payment methods at checkout
You can pay with any of the four methods below. Card and Klarna are processed securely by Stripe; PayPal opens PayPal to complete the payment; invoice orders are paid by bank transfer. The total is the gross price including VAT. Card details are never seen or stored by us.
Credit & Debit Card (Stripe)
Visa, Mastercard and more, processed securely through Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us.
Klarna
Pay with Klarna. The specific Klarna options available to you are determined and shown by Klarna during checkout.
PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account. You are redirected to PayPal to confirm the payment and then returned to the shop.
Invoice / Bank Transfer
We create your order and send an invoice, which you pay by SEPA bank transfer. For verified business customers, reverse-charge is confirmed on the invoice.
Business & invoice
Ordering as a business
Business customers can pay by invoice (B2B) or bank transfer. Provide a valid EU VAT ID at checkout and, where the reverse-charge mechanism applies, we issue the invoice without VAT. Contact us to set up invoice payment for recurring orders.
Purchasing scenarios
Which option fits your purchase
Professionals & contractors
Choose "company" at checkout and add your VAT ID. Then either pay online (VAT included) or request an invoice — reverse-charge is confirmed manually on invoices.
Private purchase
Choose "private customer" and either pay online (the gross total including VAT is shown before you pay) or request an invoice.
