How payment works in our shop: you enter your details, choose a delivery method, then pay — online by card and wallets (Stripe), with PayPal, or by invoice. VAT is included for online payment. Contact us with any payment questions.

From basket to dispatch
Add to basket
Choose your equipment and add it to your basket. For larger or business orders you can also request a quote.
Checkout
Enter your delivery and billing details and review the order total, including shipping, before you confirm.
Choose how to pay
Private customers and companies alike choose a payment method at checkout: pay online via Stripe-hosted checkout (VAT included, methods shown securely by Stripe) or request an invoice.
Processing & dispatch
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and dispatched.
Payment methods
Payment methods at checkout
At the last step of checkout you choose how to pay. Pay online (Stripe): checkout is hosted by Stripe, the total is the gross price including VAT for your country, and the available methods (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more) are shown to you securely there — they can vary by country, device and browser. PayPal: you are redirected to PayPal to complete payment. Invoice: we create your order and send an invoice, which you pay by bank transfer; for companies, VAT and reverse-charge are confirmed manually. Card details are never seen or stored by us.
Online payment (Stripe)
- Credit & debit cardMajor cards (Visa, Mastercard and more) processed securely through Stripe-hosted checkout. Card details are entered directly with Stripe.
- More methods via StripeStripe displays every payment method enabled for your order at checkout. Availability can vary by country, device and order value.
Bank & business
- SEPA bank transferPay by transfer using the bank details we confirm with you. Goods are dispatched once payment is received.
- Invoice (B2B)Verified business customers can pay against an invoice; terms are confirmed during the order.
Business & invoice
Ordering as a business
Business customers can pay by invoice (B2B) or bank transfer. Provide a valid EU VAT ID at checkout and, where the reverse-charge mechanism applies, we issue the invoice without VAT. Contact us to set up invoice payment for recurring orders.

Which option fits your purchase
Professionals & contractors
Choose "company" at checkout and add your VAT ID. Then either pay online (VAT included) or request an invoice — reverse-charge is confirmed manually on invoices.
Private purchase
Choose "private customer" and either pay online (the gross total including VAT is shown before you pay) or request an invoice.
